National Couple Of The Year Program COY
It's an Honor to be your chapter's couple.
Remember its about riding with your friends not winning the prize.
Chapters we will be doing the COY Basket again this year, it was great last year and we expect it to be better this year. Details below.

Chapter COY Basket

We are asking all Oklahoma Chapters to prepare a gift basket with a theme and bring it to the Oklahoma District rally. Each chapter should select a fun theme and fill their basket with items related to the theme. (Example: fiesta, western, apple, motorcycle with thing like cleaning rags, cleaners, etc.)
Make a list of contents in your basket and attach with a clear covering, that way nothing comes up missing from the basket. Chapter couples should be in charge of their chapter basket, unless there are chapters without chapter couples. In that case the chapter director should select someone in the chapter to be in charge of the basket. It is each chapters decision on the dollar amount you put into your chapter COY basket.

The baskets will be displayed at the District Rally and tickets will be sold seperately for each basket. The drawing for the baskets will be during the closing ceremonies. 50% of all proceeds from the basket ticket sales will go to the Oklahoma District Couple of the Year program. The other 50% will go back to the Chapters Couple program to help with the basket expence. We are hoping to make the couples program bigger and better.
